The Client represents and warrants that Client's Business and marketing actions taken by the Client are compliant with any and all applicable laws and regulation.
The Client warrants to promptly inform the Company of any non-compliance, suspected non- compliance, including, without limitation, any investigation commenced by any governmental agency related to potential compliance or non-compliance with any applicable laws, which non- compliance or suspected non-compliance may adversely affect or delay the provision of the Services by the Company to the Client.
